I am a big fan of exotic birds (parrots specifically), and as such I enjoy exhibiting my love for them in my work. I mostly paint birds in general, because I find it to be a fun and creative outlet for me.

YAC has been a helpful resource for me as a young artist. I appreciate the cultivated community which has helped me grow as both an artist and as a person. Every mentor and peer at YAC treats me with genuine kindness, which is something that I have needed in my personal life. I believe that the Youth Arts Collective is a very important part of the community, and I hope it remains so for many years to come.
