My artwork explores the art aspect of surrealism. I'm deeply inspired by the beauty of nature and its surreal elements of dreams. Ever since I was young I never had any interest in any sense of art. But as high school came along I was challenged by my art teacher Ms.DeSantis. She saw aspects in me that others seemed to way off. From the basics of art to the most challenging she would always mention that I should continue pursuing art. This piece of art holds a deep meaningful aspect within my heart. It captures a journey of transformation and reflection.

What began as a simple depiction of a sunset, that celebrated the natural beauty that the world holds for each and everyone of us, evolved into a surreal scene, where sunflowers stand tall within the ocean. This shift symbolizes the blending of reality and imagination, representing growth, resilience, and the beauty that can emerge from unexpected places.
