I have seen sculptures made of repurposed materials. The idea of reinventing old objects into something new stayed with me. I enjoy getting lost in thrift and antique stores. I like junk sculpture 

robots so when I found the viewmaster toy - I wanted to make one! The initial idea of looking through the lenses as being in someone’s mind was appealing but then I wanted to create a larger story.  We spend a lot of time thinking of things that we don’t have when we are online but forgetting the things that collect dust around us. 

The Viewmaster has old treasures but he is only interested in finding his mouse!
