Infinite is an exploration of the lives we lead, and how we as humans naturally gravitate toward cycles. While theoretically capable of living each day entirely different from the last, we hold our habits dear to us, as represented by the figure’s hands holding the circles in place. Routine is our safety, providing us with a feeling of stability and control, represented by the figure’s blueness, a color commonly associated with calmness and sensitivity. When conceptualized or thought of in passing, our lives might seem somewhat monotonous, with identical patterns taking the form of weekly, daily, and even hourly routines, shown in the cluster of circles held near the figure's face– all uniform in pattern. However, when examined closely, cycles do have marginal differences, as shown in the scattered color and loss of pattern in the larger circles. These differences, unavoidable due to our lack of control over the world around us, provide the variability that makes life truly memorable, the perfect mix of planned and unplanned.
