Since a young age I’ve had an explosive imagination, filled with fantasies and stories to share with the world. I would act out these stories with my barbies and stuffed animals yet, it came to a point where my barbies and plushies weren’t enough to bring these stories to life. This is when my love for art began. At first it was little drawings, sketching during class, getting a sketchbook, as well as watching artists on YouTube. It just continued to escalate as my love for artistry grew exponentially.
When I create art I feel free, I feel open to new possibilities. I experience many different emotions that in the end are special in their own way. I feel frustration, exhausted, joyful, excited, angry, pride etc. With this work I want to show that art has no limits. It's open to any technique, any art style, any medium, each piece is unique and beautiful and each piece is art. If a person puts themselves, their creativity, and their ideas into what they create they can bring anything to life. I want the viewer of this artwork to know art is an open concept. Any thought can become reality with only a few materials. Art is filled with a magnificent story and the definition of art can be changed based on perspective, and that is exactly what I love about it.
